We met in 2017 through Jessie Mundell's postnatal fitness specialist course and discovered that we're both incredibly passionate about helping other mamas find a "balance" between life and fitness.

Together, we've experienced pregnancy and postpartum FOUR times (with one in progress) each time gaining more understanding in just what a pregnant mind and body need to feel better during this season.

With each consecutive pregnancy and birth, we've grown as mothers and trainers- gaining more knowledge in both.​

 

We believe in movement that leaves you feeling successful and whole and allows you to focus on on what matters most- your health, your life, and those you want to spend your time with. We also believe in creating healthy relationships with food where the labels 'good' and 'bad' are dismissed and concepts of moderation and balance are embraced.

our goal is to create a safe space where mamas can find support, connection, and learn how to make time for themselves while balancing parenting, love and life.

We hold an array of degrees and certifications and have been working with perinatal populations together, and apart for over 5 years (working in general population for over 10 years before).

We've helped hundreds of pregnant and postpartum women gain the confidence and strength that they NEED and DESERVE.
