meet our collective

Lauren Anderson has been training, teaching yoga, writing and lecturing about health, fitness, and wellness for 15 years. She is passionate about helping moms do pregnancy and postpartum BETTER- through movement, mindfulness, and education.


She received her Master’s Degree in Exercise Science and holds several fitness certifications including ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, Postnatal Fitness Specialist, and E-RYT.


She is also currently pursuing her Postpartum Doula Certification.

Jamie is a registered dietitian nutritionist specializing in infant, maternal, and child nutrition. While working with children of all ages and medical backgrounds for over 5 years, she has grown much appreciation for the importance of a mother's nutrition before, during, and after pregnancy. As a mom-to-be herself, she turned her interest into a passion, with a focus on helping her clients understand the relationship between nutrition, stress reduction, and a healthy pregnancy. 

Her mission is to help debunk the myths behind nutrition throughout pregnancy, and support women to optimize their nutrition throughout pregnancy with real food.

Lauren is a certified personal trainer, postnatal fitness specialist, pregnancy and postpartum athleticism coach, and trained birth doula. 


She has a passion for educating women about their bodies and providing them with the knowledge to be able to advocate for themselves during pregnancy and beyond. 


It is her mission to help women prepare for pregnancy and birth, and support them in regaining their strength and confidence in their bodies postpartum.
