Do I need special equipment?
Nope. While all of the workouts require some sort of external resistance- you don't necessarily need to have dumbbells or bands. Household objects such as water jugs or heavy tools can act as training equipment in a pinch.
How do I access the workouts and Yoga?
As soon as you hit purchase you'll receive access to the member portal where you'll find all programming. If you do not receive access within 24 hours of purchase, please email us!
What if I've never lifted weights or done yoga before?
This program is designed for the beginner in mind and is suitable for all mamas (1+ weeks postpartum or more) regardless of skill or ability. The program comes with recommended regressions and adjustments that can be made to suit your body. Additionally, there are video tutorials of all movements and the yoga is a guided video.
Mindfulness? Meditation? I'm not sure I'm into that...
Yes, mama. We believe that mamas need to focus on much more than physical health. While yes, it can be hard to dive into, it is usually the missing piece to the puzzle, and most movement plans. Taking time to detach from the world can seem immense but we're only asking you to take 1-5 minutes to become still and quiet to sit with the things you carry daily.
Will I be able to ask questions as I go along?
Yes. There is a Facebook group where we'll convene to answer questions and hopefully create a community of like-minded mamas who want to grow and work together.
Are these workouts going to make me sore?
As with any new type of movement, some soreness could occur.
How is the program delivered?
