One Minute of Mindfulness

Hey mama!

Stop what you’re doing. Sit down. Set a time for ONE minute. Close your eyes.

Feel light. Let the shoulders and arms fall away.let the hips feel heavy.

NOW, TAKE 3 DEEP BREATHS.

Give yourself props for one thing you completed this week. Tell yourself you’re proud of you. Smile. Bask in your confidence.

Continue to breathe.
